It has come to our attention that VBA is in the process of expanding the Western Area Fiduciary Hub. We also understand that C & P conducted a full analysis of the Western Area Fiduciary Hub. We are requesting copies of any and all information VBA has  regarding the full analysis regarding the Western Area Hub.

AFGE NVAC VBA Midterm Bargaining Committee is formally requesting to bargain on the appropriate arrangements for the adversely affected employees as a result of the expansion of the two additional sites at the Louisville and Lincoln VARO. We are also requesting a briefing regarding the additional expansion to include funding, space and authority to hire additional FTE.

We are requesting that you defer any implementation of this expansion until you have met your labor obligation.
