The National VA Council promotes the unity of all VA and VBA locals in AFGE. We support Locals when utilizing VACO contracts to enforce the Master Agreement. We provide cost-effective delivery of needed services at the National level and develop and maximize the use of technology, laws, and regulations. We set decisions and all other criteria to meet our responsibility that the AFGE National Office mandates to act as the primary representative of all VA employees.
